Works great! The software interface could be a little more user friendly but it gets the job done. The thing starts a record as soon as it is powered up so in one of my vehicles where the lighter power is always on it creates one continuous record. I have another vehicle that turns the power to the lighter off when the vehicle is turned off so in this car it creates a new record everytime the car is shut off and restarted -- This thing is great!
I use this every single day to track my travel for tax purposes. I have a small business and this allows me to pay myself mileage based on this gadget. I have used it now for over a year. It paid for itself the first week.

The software works but I would not call it user friendly. The latest update lets it work on Windows 7. It seems like the developers could do better with the interface. I spend too much time messing with it. I wind up exporting it out and manually editing my reports.

If they would put some hooks into Quickbooks or at least a better report writer and you would have a goldmine. Put this on the shelf at Sam's Club next to the Neat Receipts and you would sell millions of them. -- Saves me money - Frustrates me like crazy

This is a really good tool for anyone that must keep track of their milage. Well worth the $50 bucks.
The only issue that I had was the software disc that came with the product. It did not install properly on my computer (UGHH!!) Luckily, I knew a friend that had just purchased this product and still had the disc that came with his. I installed the software from his disc and "VOILA" it worked. I am in Real Estate so being able to prove milage is very important. I can't wait to take the report to my accountant next year with all of the details of my milage. I'm sure he'll be very impressed. -- The Gisteq Trip Books Log
