Been using this charger for over 6 months, works like a charm. Unlike others, the wire housing doesn't melt off in the sun, and it's small enough to tuck into the dash to hide. Glad I chose this one. -- It charges, what more do you want?
The original charger was an intermittent piece of junk..new out of the box.
We had to constantly check for a green light..otherwise the GPS would shut off, usually at the worst possible moment.
This replacement just works and has worked flawlessly for the last few months. -- Works Great
The old charger cable for my GPS failed after two years of use. Since it was out of warranty I had no choice but to find a replacement. I was happy to see that Amazon carried what I needed at about half the cost of the 'shack' (seriously, who charges $35 for a piece of wire?).
