Nice to get the correct product. It seems tolerably sturdy, too, unlike the knockoff from the local cricket store. -- it works (unlike the two I bought at Best Buy).
The product I ordered was authentic and arrived promptly. I had to call for tech support. I found the company to be friendly and knowlegable about the product. I highly recommend this company and I would use them again. -- Tech support
The product is great, but I don't think I would go witht hte same supplier. I paid extra for shipping so I could get it overnight. Instead when I hadn't got it in a week, I found out that it was shipped to Miami, and well I live in NH. So it was another four days to get the charger. That was disappointing. -- charger
